A lovely handmade towel rail from the Victorian era featuring a rotating disc, I believe this is where a mirror used to be. The item has been painted in a lovely duck egg green which over time has warn & chipped, I personally love the rustic feel to it and wouldn't re-paint but its totally a matter of taste ;)
